I may have another option for you, but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Driver Side # CM11551 you were looking at is a custom fit part for certain model years of the Ford F-150.

While there is not a custom fit option for your 2009 Jeep Commander, a universal mirror like the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors - Clip-On - Qty 2 # CM11952-2 would be a great option as long as your mirrors are between 7" and 10" tall.

If you can tell me the dimensions of your factory mirrors I would be happy to confirm the correct universal towing mirror option for you.
