Question:
Looking at the E2 weight dist hitch, says its noisy, are they all or is this one louder that other brands? I have trailer with 1,000 tongue weight. Thanks

Noise with a weight distribution hitch isn't completely uncommon because in most cases you're getting metal on metal friction to help reduce or eliminate the sway of your trailer. The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # FA92-00-1200 is going to be a bit loud for this reason, but I wouldn't say it's unbearably loud.
If you're seeking something a bit more quiet then you may want to consider something like the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion Bar - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # RP66084, which uses cam like shocks to help prevent sway before it happens. This is going to be a much more quiet solution and actually gives you much better sway control than the e2. It's a premium weight distribution system that's worth it if you're concerned about noise and want the best sway control.
I've linked some review videos of these systems that you can check out, but with a 1000-lbs tongue weight, both of these systems would be the correct fit.
