There is a way to mount the Center Section for B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRC900 in your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, and that is by using the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Dodge # BWGNRM1394. This will give you the rail kit that the center section will bolt into and is a custom installation for your Ram 2500.
