Recommended Suspension and Axle Upgrade For 2018 Grand Design 2800BH

have a 2018 Grand Design 2800BH with 2 Dexter 3500# axle with flat leaf spring because trailer weight to close to max suspension weight. Want to lift the TT, increase weight capacity and smooth out ride for off road camping. Can i buy a Roadmaster Leaf spring and Shock Absorbers - RM-2460 and a axle reversal kit to put axle above leaf springs and smooth ride. Also assume I need to up grade axle to higher weight capacity. Instead of Roadmaster will a Timbren leaf spring replacemet Tsr4000TO4 or 5000TO5 if I up grade axle work as good as shocks

I have another option for you, but Trailer leaf springs are not designed for off-roading and can break when used in rough off-roading conditions.
I do have a great option for you which is the Timbren Heavy Duty Axle-Less Suspension System # TASR35HDS04. This system has a 3500lb weight capacity which matches your current axles, but being the heavy duty version they are made of thicker metal making them a great option for off-roading. The Timbren # TASR35HDS04 will replace your current leaf spring suspension with AEON progressive main springs that absorbs road shock and offer a much smoother ride than leaf springs.
The # TASR35HDS04 will offer more ground clearance than your current axles due to them bolting directly to the frame of your trailer and not using an axle tube, but if you want even more ground clearance you can use the 2" Lift # TASR35HDS07, or 4" Lift # ASR35HDS05.
Each of these options is compatible with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K, and Electric Brake Assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA, and Braking Mounting Hardware # BRKH12.
Since all of these options use the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern you will more than likely need to change your wheels. I went ahead and linked all of the wheels we offer with the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. If you can tell me what size your current tires are I would be happy to recommend new tires for you as well.
Keep in mind that upgrading the axles and suspension will not increase the weight capacity of your 2018 Grand Design 2800BH as you will be limited to the lowest rated component which would now be the frame of the trailer.
