If you do not currently have the factory trailer connector then Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball # 391CONVD5 is an excellent kit for you. This is meant to be used with Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDQ518 which is also confirmed to fit your 2020 Audi SQ5. The # 391AUDQ518 receiver itself takes approximately 2 hours to install according to the instructions. I have attached an installation video for this trailer hitch receiver.

The # 391CONVD5 Towing and Wiring Kit takes approximately 30 minutes according to the instructions. You won't need any parts other than what is included in the kit. The basic tools that are required for installation are a phillips screwdriver, 10mm socket, stripper/crimper tool, multimeter, pliers, and drill with 3/8" bit. This kit will simply clamp onto your existing tail light wiring in the trunk of your Audi and then you will need to connect the ground wire (should be white) to the negative battery terminal and connect the power wire (should be black) to the positive battery terminal.
