Question:
Will this fit any bike rack designed to fit Class III receiver 2inch x 2? If so, do you sell the bolt and do any have the capability of using with a cable locking system?

After speaking to my contact at Swagman, I have found the Swagman Replacement Receiver Insert # P313 will fit within the hollow shank of a Swagman bike rack such as the Swagman XC Bike Carrier # S64650 or the Swagman Replacement 1-1/4-inch or 2-inch Shank # P306.
This particular Swagman Replacement Receiver Insert is intended solely for other applicable Swagman products.
We do sell the bolts and we also sell cable locks that would work with any bike rack you choose. The bolt I recommend is the Swagman Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin # S64029. I have included a link to a video review of this product. If you can tell me what bike rack you have, if it is different than the one I have mentioned, I can determine if there is a similar product that will fit.
I have also provided a link to a number of the cable locks we provide for bike racks in order to help you make your decision.

Brandon:My bike rack is a Yakima KingPin 2, for a 2 Class III receiver. I also need to replace the rubber straps, but I think you carry those and I already know what to order.
