Product great. Service supreme. I was told a part that I needed was back ordered. I wrote back that I was disappointed. Someone found the part. It was with my order when it arrived. Awesone!
I needed a part for my bike rack and found it at etrailer.. the cost was unbelievably low and the shipping cost was equally as low. I checked on the progress of my order and it showed my item still 3 days out and then it showed up the next day. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process... 5 star service .. thanks
Shipment was a little slow. And description was a little miss leading. Item received was to small for my bike rack. I had to reorder. Which mean I now have to wait another week to reuse my bike rack.
I had to order this part because I strip out the one that my bike rack use.I could not be any happy than I am now I got to put my bike rack back on the car.Thanks for having the part I needed.

This works with the Swagman XTC and XTC-2 Bike Carriers. There is another from Swagman that works with the Chinook, G10, Trailhead, and XC hitch mounted bike racks. It is part # P313.
This part was perfect. Mine had a bolt in a plastic sleeve which just didn’t last. I’m glad I watched the video on how to put it in because it did take a little time but well worth it.
I finally ordered the correct part. This one fit and worked great. The other I had ordered previously was for a different model. Thanks.
Part # p313 & p333 are the same. Which did me no good.
And did not receive a call back from Joann as I left here a message.

There are subtle differences in size for part # P313 and part # P333. The P313 works with the Chinook [6463], G10 [64682],Trailhead [63360], and XC [64650] hitch mounted bike racks. The P333 works with the Swagman XTC and XTC-2 Bike Carriers. I will have our Customer Service team reach back out to you.
Bought this as a spare in case there were any issues with the original one. Looks identical. Very pleased.
