Question:

Im having a bit of trouble, as Im unsure of the exact names of what Im looking for, but Ill try and describe it, as Ive seen it on your site in the past. I have a Class A motorhome, with the Road-Master tow setup for our tow vehicle. After all is hooked up, there is a mesh cover that fits over the whole tow assembly, which has two shocks one on each side which once laid out, clips to the car-side of the Road-Master system. What I need are the mesh and 1 shock, as the way the shocks attach, has a plastic fitting, of which all the threads within, are not holding the shock any more, so I need a new one. Can I get these parts from you, and can you possible leave me a link as to this particular system? Thank you.

Sounds like you have the Roadmaster Tow Defender # RM-4750 which means for a replacement screen you'd need the # RM-4750-10. Then for the replacement shock you'd need the part # RM-200023-50 and you'd be set.
