Will be towing a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited using Blue Ox base plates and a Curt Rambler Tow Bar. Towing with 32 ft Class C Motorhome, rear wheels have duel mud flaps that set 12ft from rear of vehicle. What rock would you recommend?

For a rock guard compatible with the Curt Rambler Steel Tow Bar for Curt and Blue Ox Base Plates # C26FR, I recommend the Blue Ox KarGard Towed Vehicle Protector # BX8870 which attaches to the tow bar by installing the included bracket between the tow bar and bolt shown in the included picture. Since the Curt # C26FR is made for Blue Ox base plate kits, it will be the correct width for the KarGard # BX8870 to fit perfectly.
The Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 you were looking at is only designed for Roadmaster Tow Bars with quick disconnects, and will not work with the Curt # C26FR.
To finish you flat tow setup you will also need a base plate kit, wiring, and a supplemental braking system.
For a base plate kit confirmed to fit your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1139 which will work as long as you have the factory plastic bumper, and will pair up perfectly with the Curt # C26FR.
Since the # C26FR includes safety cables, you will not need to purchase them seperately.
Moving on to wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will add a 6-way connector to the front of your Jeep, and the included 7-way to 6-way cord will connect to the rear of your 32' Class C Motorhome allowing it to power your vehicles lights. I really like the included diodes which protect your factory wiring harness from feedback and damage.
Lastly for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to its easy install, and that it gets completely removed when you are done flat towing, allowing it to be used in multiple vehicles if needed. You will also need the 12v Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power the # BLU37TR with your Jeep.
