Question:
2020 Kia forta how much for wiring and trailer receiver

Expert Reply:
For a trailer hitch, the Draw-Tite # DT83MR is confirmed to fit on the 2020 Kia Forte as long as it is not the GT model and will provide you with a 1-1/4" receiver. For wiring, I recommend using the # C59496 because it has a powered converter box that will help protect your vehicle from back feed in the event that there is a short on the trailer.
To complete your towing package, you'll also need a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip; the Reese Trailer Hitch Starter Ball Mount Kit # RP7043000 would be something that gives you all those in one and would work well if you need a 2" hitch ball. I've linked all of the other available 1-1/4" ball mounts for you to check out, as well. Pricing for all of these parts is available on their respective product pages.
