Is there a Draw-Tite hitch available for a 2021 Kia Forte sedan?

There sure is! You'd want to use the Draw-Tite # DT83MR, as the # 24903 you'd looked at fits the previous generation vehicle and wouldn't fit your 2021 Forte.

This being said, instead of the Draw-Tite # DT83MR which would be fully visible once installed, I'd recommend the partially concealed Curt # C55HR instead. Once installed, the crossbar of the Curt # C55HR would be concealed behind the vehicle's rear bumper fascia with only the receiver tube and the safety chain hoops being visible, instead of the entire hitch like the Draw-Tite.
