This hitch gives you towing ability without changing how your vehicle looks. The square-tube design keeps the receiver flush and low-profile, while the concealed cross tube hides the bulk of the hitch for a clean, OE-style finish. With a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver opening, a 2,000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight rating, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight limit, it’s made for light-duty towing, small trailers, bike racks, and cargo carriers.
You don’t need welding or special equipment to get this hitch on. It’s built for a bolt-on installation using the included hardware kit and clear step-by-step instructions. The precisely welded frame lines up with factory holes for a secure fit. Once tightened down, the open-back receiver design makes it easy to keep clean after use.
The hitch is engineered from fully welded steel and protected by a high-gloss black powder coat over a rust-resistant liquid A-coat layer inside and out. Works great on a 2020 KIA Forte GT. It is possible to install. You'll have to cut a small square hole in the plastic bumper for the hitch to come out and modify some of the frame but it will work. I took mine to a custom shop to get it installed.
Order was processed quickly, delivery was very fast. Although corner of box was damaged, no parts were lost due to proper packing of smaller parts. cost was good. Product quality is very good.

Excellent hitch, fit was spot on. The long lanyard was helpful to pull the bolts thru the frame. My GT line KIA had two of the holes and drilling the others was not a problem, although the car is low to the ground. looks good blends in with the black lower skirt. Bought another hitch here for another vehicle. Great service !!!
It fit my 2024 Kia forte GT line perfectly! It was a complicated install requiring drilling and trimming of the bumper flashing. I'm very happy with the way it turned out though!
Directions are a little off for 2022. The rear fascia is attached differently than described in the directions. I had to cut the clearance for the hitch while the fascia was still attached to the bumper. The three fascia plastic supports need to be cut ( they are held in place with phillips head screw that are hard to get to, as the heads faces aft. ) I was able to unscrew them by using a micro 90 degree screwdriver, but it would have been faster to cut them.
The hitch actually showed up a day sooner than stated. I put it in in a couple of hours. It fit perfectly and the instructions were excellent! Just to be on the safe side l added Loctite to all of the bolt threads. It looks great and is tucked very neatly under the bumper. Thanks!
Great product I’ve used countless times to pull a dirt bike trailer. 6 hour install time with random household tools.
Rough start at first. The instruction were different than
my 2023 Kia forte, so on step 3 is different. And use a 90* ratchet screwdriver to remove the 3 bracket's. But do not remove the lower fascia piece do everything else and just cut like dimension show on the instruction, just you'll have to do it while it's on the car, not a big deal actually it's easier because it's one less thing to remove. The hitch has some scuff marks on it and the fish wire was not included, but I just made my own fish wire. It came out perfect. Super heavy duty and you don't see the cross bar, it's hidden inside the lower fascia. I could not have asked for a better hitch.
Oh be careful on the staples on the inside box, they cut.
Online before ordering it said it was for my car Kia forte 2024 I got the hitch today stated the work and it does not fit. Even on the installation instructions that came with it says it’s for a Toyota Prius. I’m not sure if they just send the wrong one on accident or false advertisement. Should of just went to a local place
It doesn't fit my 2023 Kia Forte LXS. I deliberately called to ensure fit before purchasing. When I called back regarding the return, I was told it fit because someone posted a picture of it on their car. To return is almost $15. If you return after 60 days, there is a 20% restocking fee. So, I am having a personal welder modify it. Never buying from etrailer again.

Edit from 10-25-25 Review. I did find a place that was able to affix Part Number: C55HR to my 2023 Kia Forte LXS. Only the tongue sticks out as desired. The plasticrubber underneath had to be cut out to fit, but it is not visible. I have a couple pictures if I could update review.
It arrived and looks as advertised, it was not damaged in shipping. Once I install it I’m sure it will work flawlessly.
