We do not have a custom fit hitch specific to your 2023 Kia Forte GT but we did receive a review from someone who mentioned they were able to install it on their 2020 Forte GT but it took cutting a hole in the bumper and modifying part of the frame. I cannot speak to what all modifications were required but they used the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR.

I recommend installing the 4-way # C54ER when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to the lights on a small trailer you might tow or add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack which could impair the view of your tail lights for other drivers.
