I may have a solution for you, but we do not have a locking lug nut with those specs. However, you could use the Dexter Flange Wheel Nut - 5/8" # 95188 which has an 18 thread pitch, which has the specs you're looking for, but it is not a locking lug nut. This would be the closest solution that we have available.
If you're looking for added security for your trailer you may want to consider the The Wheel Club - Tire and Wheel Lock # WI490, which will give you the added security you're seeking. The Wheel Club is weather resistant and provides visible theft deterrence to use on your trailer.
I've linked a short video review of this part for you to have a look at, but since we don't offer locking lug nuts, this would be the next best solution available.
