I need replacement arms for a Roadmaster Base Plate for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I believe the part numbers are C001476 and 77.

I have a solution for you and it looks like the C001478 and C001477 are the arms for a Roadmaster 921-3 MX series base plate kit, which would be the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms
Item # 1429-3 for your 2008 Jeep Wrangler. To replace those arms you will need to use the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits part # RM-ARMS.
