  Hey Carl, yes the Curt E16 hitch part # C16115 does work with the Demco rail kit adapter and a Reese Revolution pin box but due to it's loose jaw design it would not be my first choice. Instead I would recommend the Curt A16 part # C16120 which also fits both the rail adapter and pin box, has the same height range as the E16 but has a much nicer jaw design so it will be a lot quieter.

  The Q Series of Curt fifth wheel hitches can't be used with Sidewinders as the jaws and heads end up getting damaged.
