Question:
I need a eurostyle draw bar that fits into 1 1/4 inch receiver. It has to have a 7inch rise. It can be a 1 7/8ths ball or 2 inch ball. Can you help me to find this. None have that tall of a rise.

I may have a solution for you, but we don't have any Euro style drawbars with a 7" rise and after doing some digging I'm not quite sure they are available that tall . With that said, you may be able to use the Curt # C45591 which has a 5-1/8" rise. This would be the closest solution to the 7" you're looking for.
If you were willing to use a non-Euro style draw bar, you could use the Brophy # BM96, which has a 5" rise from the top of the shank to the top of the ball mount platform. You could then use any hitch ball with a 3/4" shank, like the # 19254 (1-7/8" ball) or # 19258 (2" ball). This would put you close to 7" once you add in the ball and would likely provide you with a much better configuration to keep the trailer relatively level when towing.
I've linked some review videos of a few of these parts to check out.
