Yes. The Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Dual Wheel - Bolt On - Zinc - Sidewind - 10-3/8" Travel - 1.5K
Item # MJ-1500B-DWL will fit on trailer frames between 2" and 4" tall, so it will work on the 2" tall tongue of the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08106.
