Question:
If I currently have a C15300 on my 96 f350 and I got a deep bumper now. If I get the C15511 will I need to drill new holes or can it bolt right up. Do you know the hole distance on the two hitches.

Expert Reply:
The mounting holes are going to be slightly different for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15300 that fits a standard or step bumper on a 1996 Ford F-250 or F-350 compared to the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15511 that fits the same truck with a deep drop bumper.
So due to that it seems you will need to drill new holes for installation of the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15511.
I have added a link below to the installation instructions if you'd like to check those out.
