My contact at Curt Manufacturing confirmed, that the bolt holes on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # 13408, are spaced 4.35" on center from front to back. The forward most holes are spaced 39.937" apart on center, and the rear most holes are 39.437" apart on center.
