Question:

I wanted to order Yakima replacement speed knob and wedge assembly. I already have a small wedge piece in the speed knob but missing the bigger wedge piece that moves and aligns into the wedged hole on the rack when the knob is twisted and tightened. Will i get the missing bigger wedge piece if I order this product? Attaching pictures to help.

According to the photos you've kindly sent, you have a SwingDaddy bike rack. The correct SpeedKnob is part # 8880508. According to Yakima, 2 inch shank equipped racks only use one wedge. The wedge is unscrewed from the knob and installed from the outside of the cutout and the threaded rod of the SpeedKnob assembly is threaded into it.
