I am happy to help you find the right setup to tow with your 2020 Toyota Highlander Limited. First, you need the Curt Hitch # C99FR which is a confirmed fit for all 2020 Toyota Highlander Trim types including your Limited package.
Next, you need one of two wiring harnesses depending on whether or not your Highlander has a factory installed tow package. You can look under the rear bumper on the driver's side to find a quick connect (see picture below). I recommend the T-One 4 Pole Wiring Harness # TK74FR if you have the factory tow package. I included a video description for your reference.
If your Highlander does not have a factory tow package I recommend the Curt 4 Pole Wiring Harness # C76CR which will tie into your Highlander's tail lights.
Lastly, you need a ball mount and ball for towing your trailer. Since this combination varies greatly depending on your needs I have included a link to our FAQ guide on ball mounts.
