What Size Wrench to Hold Wrench Flat of Curt Ball of Ball Mount # C45036

Question:
If you have to flip it over to rise the ball height you have to remove the ball, flip it and torque it down again. What is the torque spec? The nut is a 1.5inch size but what is the wrench size for the ball side to prevent it from spinning? Thanks.

Typically people use a large crescent wrench to hold the wrench flats on the ball of the # C45036 but if you wanted a dedicated wrench you'd want a wrench in the size of 1-1/2 inch. You'd want to tighten the nut of the hitch ball to 250 ft lbs.
