Hi - I have a 2003 Tandem Axle Tracker Trailstar trailer and I am trying to find a replacement axle. The dimensions are the following 84inch Hub distance, 72inch Spring distance, and 89inch overall distance.

It sounds like you have a different size axle than anything we carry. The closest we have is the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 6 on 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 86-1/2" - 5.2K # 8327816-EB which has spring centers at 71-1/2 inches on center. This is a larger capacity than the 3500 lb system you asked from, but is a better fit with your measurements.

If that won't work for you, then I recommend the universal Timbren Axle-Less system that has the integrated suspension. These mount directly to the frame and require a 2 inch square tube between the assemblies at the integrated holes. I recommend the # A35RS545E for 3,500 lb capacity.

@BuzzF So unfortunately we can't do anything with a VIN, as there's no sort of database that online retailers have special access to in order to look up parts. I'll go ahead and link a video below which shows you how to measure to pick the right axle, and also our selection of axles.

@GregS We have the part # e32GR which is a 2k rated axle that is 72 inches long. The spring seat center to center dimension is 58 inches so you'll need to verify that is the same as what you have as well. This is currently the only option we have that matches capacity and overall length though.

Dexter has a very common hub which is part number 8-248 like our part number #84545BX but I cannot find anything on Dexter hub with the part number 8-243.

Thanks for all of the info on the axle you have on your trailer. Since you have a Dexter 5,200 lb axle with a 6 lug bolt pattern the correct hub/drum you need is the Dexter #K08-201-98.
