Updated 06/12/2025 | Published 04/24/2017

Question:

I have a Tracker Trail Star trailer and want a hub kit for a spare. It is a 5inch hub with 4 1/2 inch 5 lugs. The bearings are 1 3/8 X 1 1/16. The grease seal is Dim 2.33 X 1.68. Not sure which hub I need?

Thanks for getting me all the info needed to pick out a hub! Based on what you listed the correct hub you need for a replacement is the part # 84545BX. This uses the same bearings as what you have and has a matching bolt pattern.

If the bearing numbers are worn off you can also measure their inner and outer diameters with a digital caliper. Unfortunately I'm not able to track down what size/number your trailer hubs use, so this is the only accurate method for determining the correct replacements. If you can tell me what measurements you find I will be happy to recommend the right parts.

@Doug The above mentioned hub # 84545BX is correct as you need a 3,500 lb capacity axle hub.
