I may have a solution for you, however we do not have a standard axle available that matches the dimensions on your current unit.
I recommend taking a look at a Timbren Axle-Less System to replace the axle on your Trailstar Bass Tracker Trailer. This will provide a smooth ride, can eliminate the need for a thru axle, and will fit any frame width. For a 3,500 pound kit that includes electric brake hubs, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less # A35RS545E. These suspension units will replace both the axle on your trailer and the leaf springs, giving you units that operate independently to absorb road shock and better support the trailer's load. The hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and the electric brake assemblies are included.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system so you can get a closer look at how it installs and operates.
