I just bought a 2005 International 4300 Dump Truck. On the factory wire harness for the trailer lights the brake lights and turn signals are on separate circuits. All my trailers have 7-Way plugs with the brake and turn signals together. Could you tell me what trailer light modular to buy to convert the truck to work with my trailers? I also want to add an electric brake controller. Could you recommend the right controller and wire harness for my truck?

You'll need to use the # C59496 that you referenced to install first a 7-way on your dump truck and then to convert to a 7-way you'd just need the # 37185 or if you plan to install a brake controller # ETBC7. For a controller the Brake EVN # TK63VR would be a really easy solution as it works well, is reliable and has a great price.
