Most GM trucks use a pretty standard wire color for their tow packages, but I always recommend testing for function, and not just color. If you follow the bundle back there should be more wires than the ones you mentioned, for a total of 8. There's 7 for the trailer connector and 1 for a dedicated brake light circuit for adding a 3rd brake light on a camper shell.
The wires on your 2002 Silverado should be as follows :
White - ground
Yellow - Left turn and stop signal
Dark Green - Right turn and stop signal
Black - 12V aux power
Dark Blue - Brake output circuit (for brake controller)
Brown - Running light circuit
Light Blue - Dedicated brake lamp circuit for camper shells
Light Green - reverse light circuit.
You can use Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993 to verify the functions of each wire. You may find it easier if you have someone help you and run through the lights as it may be difficult to test at the back and run the lights. If you are not getting any signals at the wires, you will need to check the fuse box under the hood and make sure the fuses for the tow package are in place.
To replace the 7 way connector on the back of your Silverado, I recommend Pollak 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket w/ Wiring Harness and Mounting Bracket # PK11898. It comes with the harness, plug, bracket and butt connectors so you can fully install it.
I linked the parts as well as a video of when I installed the wiring on a different year Silverado.
