ANY ADAPTERS OUT THERE FOR 2019 RANGER TO HOOK UP BRAKE CONTROLLER?

For a 2019 Ford Ranger we have really easy to install brake controllers like the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 but we do not have any solutions that tie into the factory wiring of the truck. The Echo will just plug into your active 7-way and once synced to your smart phone will be ready to tow with.
