Recommend Brake Controller for a 2019 Ford Ranger

need information related to brake controllers. What is being recommended for 2019 Ford Ranger is already wired with 7 pin?

The 2019 Ford Ranger can be fitted with an aftermarket brake controller but Ford did not make this very easy. The best option will be the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 because it does not require splicing and that's really the only option which does not as there is no plug under the dash.
In regards to installation, so long as you don't have Smart Tow Trailer Package you will not have any issues. That said, if you do have the Smart Tow Trailer Package you may need to run a power wire from the 7-way to the battery but that's all.
