Will these clamps work on the Yakima HD Cross bars?

Yes the Replacement Clamp Assembly for Yakima SlimShady Roll-Out Awning part # 8880737 will work out well with the Yakima HD Bars like part # Y01157. The clamps are designed to work with crossbars up to 1 1/2" tall which is what the Yakima HD's are.
