I was able to confirm with Curt and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13240 has been carried over as a fit for a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. In regards to the trailer wiring, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C89KR. These are both great bolt-on/plug-in play options that will get you setup and towing in no time.
In order to complete your setup, I'd add the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
