Does it come withe the receiver mount as well as the ball mount attachment?

The Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391CONVPT5L is an upgrade kit for a Stealth hitch that came only with the opening for a hitch accessory like a ball mount. So it looks like you have a 2020 Kia Telluride and that would mean you would want this kit if you had bought the # 391KIATELL20 which comes with just the accessory hitch opening accessory.
If what you really wanted was all of it together as one part number you'd just want the part # 391KIATELL20T and you'd be set with everything.
