Does part#1500052414 come with a lock and key on the knob like the original part?

A lock does not come included in the knob of the Replacement Long Arm Assembly for Thule EasyFold XT Electric Bike Rack # 1500052414.
If you want a lock you can re-use your old ones if it is one of the newest lock cores with no key number on them. For that you'd need the Universal Change Key for New Thule Locks with No Serial Numbers # TH42BJ.
Should you have one of the old locks with an "N" or "E" you'd need to replace the lock core with Thule Lock Cores # TH450200.
