According to the instructions which I have linked for you for Air Lift suspension enhancement # AL60769, the maximum air pressure is 35 psi and the minimum is 5 psi. Over-inflation and under-inflation can damage the air bags so you will always want to stay within the 5 to 35 psi range.

Thats very confusing because later in the manual they say, For motorhomes, start with 50-100 PSI in the rear because it can be safely assumedthat it is heavily loaded.

Per Airlifts site, these bags are fully adjustable 5-35 PSI for most applications, and up to 50 or 90 PSI for some motorhome applications. I certainly see the confusion in the instructions. My guess is that they have different pressure listings because the suspension on a motorhome chassis than on the pickup.
