Hey Joseph, thanks for reaching out. The difference between the yellow and black SumoSprings is the weight capacity or stiffness of the spring.

For the 2018 Ram ProMaster 1500, the black ones part # SSR-307-47 are 1,500 lb capacity. Those are good for simple camper conversions or if you are hauling a lighter trailer. They will reduce sagging and increase stability without making the ride too rough.

The Yellows part # SS67UJ are 2,800 lb capacity so those would be better for larger trailers or heaver loads.

Are you hauling a trailer with your ProMaster? If so, what kind? How much does it weigh? Has it been sagging pretty bad?

I am hauling a 30' camper with my 2022 Ram 1500 and using the blue Sumo Springs. With no load, I don't feel much difference, and with the trailer on, it tows so much better.
