The CE Smith Front/Center/Rear Hanger Bracket for Double-Eye Springs - Galvanized Steel - Bolt On # CE14035G40 measures 3 inches wide and the center on center bolt holes are 1-5/8 inches. Because of this it will not fit and you would instead need the weld on Front/Center/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall - 9/16" Bolt Hole # 28-5.

According to the dimensions that you have provided, you will need the Center Hanger for Double-Eye Springs, #115918. Since your have a tandem axle trailer, you will need to order a quantity of 6 to replace all hangers on the trailer.

The CE Smith leaf spring hanger part #CE14035G40 that you referenced has 9/16 inch diameter holes for the shackle bolts which is the standard size so it would work well for you and would not require any drilling.
