What are the dimensions of this, hole sizes, spring width, length, etc?

I checked with CE Smith and they gave me the following dimensions for the hanger part # CE14035G40:
7 gauge galvanized steel
4-1/4" long
2-1/4" high
Inside width of 1-7/8"
Outside width of 2-1/4"
Use with 9/16" shackle bolt
