How to Determine if Wheel Trailer Setup is Hub-Centric or Lug-Centric

Question:
Are my trailer wheels hub centric or lug centric? The hole in the wheel does not appear to butt up against the hub. Looks like a pretty good gap there. I have taken a couple of close up pictures that I have attached. I can also stick a tape measure against the hub and there is a 1/4 gap to the edge of the wheel hole. I miked the hole at 3.19, the hub at 2.67+-. The reason the question came up is because I have lug bolts instead of lug nuts. I am sorry to be such a pain... Thanks,

Expert Reply:
Looks like you have a hub-centric setup because you secure your wheels using lug bolts like part # RG02-020 instead of lug nuts like part # CE11051. The whole hub-centric wheel vs lug-centric wheel can be a bit confusing but it's as simple as noting whether you use bolts or nuts to secure your trailer wheel!
