Yes, we do have wheels with a 4 on 9.44" bolt pattern like you have described. They are the Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel w/ +5 mm Offset - 15" x 5" Rim - 4 on 9.44 - Silver item # AM20395. We do not have a wheel tire combo available for this rim but if you are looking for tires, I recommend the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D.
You should probably replace your wheel bolts as well. The Redline Trailer Wheel Bolts item # RG02-020 are a 1/2" diameter x 1" long wheel bolts that fit the hub-piloted trailer wheels. These come in a package of four you will need a set for each wheel.
