I have a couple of options for you to replace the bunk boards for your pontoon boat trailer.
The first option is to use two sets of the bunk boards that you referenced, CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards, 7 Ft Long # CE27845. If it would work for you to use two sets of these boards, with some space in between each set, this would offer you 14 ft worth of pre-carpeted bunk boards for your trailer. These 7ft boards are the longest pre-carpeted bunks that we currently offer.
The other, more customized, option is to get a couple of rolls of bunk carpeting, like the CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards, Black, 18 ft long x 18 in wide # CE11349 and use it to cover locally purchased boards to give you continuous 16 ft 4 in long bunk boards. I have linked a helpful video on the # CE11349 carpeting that shows how we used it replace worn out bunks on a pontoon boat trailer.
