Question:

Hello, I cannot for the life of me find this style Item # MPG908 anti rattle hitch for a 2.5inch receiver. Ive looked at Amazon etc and cannot find this style, any idea where I could find one? I need this for my Equalizer Hitch with Rock Tamers combo that I bought from etrailer. With no load on the hitch it wobbles terribly. None of the other style anti rattle hitches will work since there is literally zero clearance between the Rock Tamer mud flap assembly and the truck receiver hitch. Pic attached for my setup - any help would be great!

Malone doesn't make that particular anti-rattle device in a size for a 2-1/2 inch receiver, but might have a thing or two that could work for you. Take a look at the Gen-Y Anti-Rattle Clamp, part # 325-GH-063. The wedge portion is 1 inch long as you see in the photo, but it's tapered so it'll wedge in between the ball mount or hitch accessory shank and the receiver tube. The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch, part # RM-062 is another possibility, the u-bolt portion is 15/32 of an inch thick. From what I can see in the photo you provided, it looks like you could move the saddle of the Rock Tamer assembly a little further toward that gusset which would provide a bit more room.
