Question:

I am looking for information and part numbers on slider hitches for a fifth wheel trailer. This would be for the hitch with full installation kit. I have a 2018 Ford F150 with a 5.5box. I will be towing a fifth wheel with a 1255# pin weight and 10,000# overall weight.

The best sliding fifth wheel hitch for a 2018 Ford F-150 with 5.5' bed is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550040 with the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit part # DM8552028-71. This fifth wheel hitch has an auto-slide feature which means you won't have to get in and out of the truck bed to engage the slider for tight turns.

Please note, the above hitch is the only slider option for a truck bed shorter than 6.5' because none of the other options offer enough travel. The only other options would be a fixed hitch with rotating pin box.
