These Demco Premier Series above-bed rails come with custom-fit brackets that line up with existing holes in the frame, so there’s less drilling and setup time. The brackets mount beneath the bed to create solid attachment points for the rails, giving you a strong base for your fifth-wheel hitch without fighting tight frame clearances or obstacles.
The base rails use the industry-standard pattern so you can run a wide range of hitch brands. They’re compatible with B&W, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, Valley, and of course Demco’s own Premier Series hitches. That means you can keep your current fifth-wheel hitch or switch to a different one later without changing the rail kit.
Steel hardware and rails are protected with a black powder coat to resist rust. To help prevent galvanic corrosion between steel and aluminum truck beds, the kit includes vinyl strips that go between the materials. The result is a cleaner, longer-lasting install that holds up well over time.
