I have a 2008 Hummer H3 and need to wire a plug on front to connect to plug on rear of RV. Need to connect with 6-7 hard wired connector coil wire.

For your 2008 Hummer H3, you have a few options for wiring it to be flat towed behind the RV. I have included a link to the options for you. Out of the options, the diode kit, part # RM-154, would be an ideal long term lighting solution.
The wiring plugs into the converter and one set of wires connects to the right side vehicle tail lights and the other wire bundle goes to the left side vehicle tail lights.
The 4-Way end then connects to the RV. You can use an adapter like # PK12716 which plugs into a 7-Way blade style connector and has a 4-Way on the other end.
