The only plug-in-play trailer wiring harness available for a 2020 Toyota Tacoma is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56349 so that is what I recommend using. Next you will need a Curt 4-Way Flat to 7-Way Socket Adapter # C26DR. This setup will connect with a brake controller which uses a part like the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller part # C51180. Don't forget the Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware part # PK12711U.
The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness won't work.
