Code: C74VV-C51322 So I am looking at this product for my 04 f250 6.0 Powerstroke 4x4 I’m just not sure if my truck is factory 7way or factory 4way I have both. Just got truck used and not sure if someone installed after thank you

Your 2004 Ford F250 will have the brake controller connector located under the dash right above where the driver's right knee would be as shown in the video I've linked for you. Simply use the # C51322 harness to plug the Curt # C74VV Venturer brake controller into the gray connector as shown.
It doesn't really matter if your truck's 7-way is OEM or not, as long as it's functional. If you have any difficulties, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist.
