Question:
o err to the side of caution and surpass the weight rating, would it be feasible to add an additional set of saddles to the interior hulls (for peace of mind)? Given that the weight limit for the Yakima Big Catch Saddles is 150lbs, would it be feasible to purchase a set for each hull of a catamaran style kayak such as a Blue Sky Angler?

The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 66" # Y08106 is rated for 250 lbs. Your Jackson Blue Sky Angler 360 will work just fine on this trailer. The Yakima BigCatch Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Saddle Style - Rear Loading - Clamp On - 150 lbs # Y04091 are under the capacity of the 170 lb boat, but they are almost twice as much capacity as the alternative options, so they are what I would use. You will also want the RoundBar Adapter Kit for Yakima BigCatch Saddles - Qty 4 # Y04093.
