Will this mounting kit work to mount Hobie cradles to a Yakima rack and roll round bar trailer?

The Universal MightyMounts part # Y03590 would fit the crossbars of a Yakima Rack and Roll like # Y08107 but this isn't a kayak carrier by itself as it's an adapter for fitting Yakima accessories to fit aero crossbars.
For a saddle style kayak carrier that would fit the Rack and Roll without an adapter we do have the SweetRoll part # Y04074.
