My Yakima jay low kayak carriers do not seem to attach to the round bars on my Yakima rack and roll 78 trailer as they will not tighten enough to keep from rotating. Is there an adapter or something to be able to attach them to the round bars?

It sounds like the Replacement Round Bar Adapter # Y96KR in your Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier # Y04073 is either missing or damaged. These adapters are specifically designed to hold the JayLow carrier firmly on round crossbars like you have on your Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 78" # Y08107.
